Care & common questions
Wash on a gentle wool or delicate cycle using a mild detergent. Reshape while damp and dry flat away from direct heat. Fold rather than hang to help the knit keep its shape.
A small amount of natural pilling may occur with wear. This can be gently removed with a knitwear comb.

Wool Care
With wool’s natural ability to resist odour and stain, jumpers do not require much laundering. Airing out the garments regularly will extend time between washes which is great for our wash load and great for the environment.
Our wool and wool blend jumpers are machine washable: simply turn the jumpers inside out, place in a delicates bag and wash under the wool program with a wool detergent at 30 degrees. Air dry flat.
Folding your jumpers and storing them flat will help garments retain their shape and prevent stretching.

Our cotton jumpers are machine washable: simply turn the jumpers inside out, place in a delicates bag and wash under the gentle cycle at 30 degrees. Air dry flat.

For customers within Australia, we have a 14-day return-exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return any item to us.
For customers outside Australia we have a 21-day return-exchange policy, which allows for the added time for international postage.
Cost of shipping the returned/ exchange item is the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event of an exchange we will bear the cost of shipping back the revised item through standard delivery.
