Return and Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For customers within Australia, we have a 14-day return-exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return any item to us.
For customers outside Australia we have a 21-day return-exchange policy, which allows for the added time for international postage.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be odour free. You’ll also need proof of purchase
No exchange or refunds will be permitted on SALE items and items redeemed through a promotional giveaway gift card
To start a return or exchange, you must first contact us at info@atlycrew.com. Please do not mail items until you have received our confirmation that you may start the exchange/ return process.
You maybe required to provide photos of the garment if you are returning due to a faulty item.
Cost of shipping the returned/ exchange item is the responsibility of the buyer.
Items sent back to us without first receiving confirmation of starting the exchange/return process will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and we will advise if the refund/exchange is approved or not. In the event of an exchange we will bear the cost of shipping back the revised item through standard delivery
For approved refunds you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
